When Motaz Fayez Mohamed Badr opened El Delta's first office in Mansoura in 2017, the operation lived in a single notebook — a list of growers, a list of buyers, and a list of containers. Today the lists are databases and the containers are reefers across thirty-plus markets. The notebook is still in his desk drawer.

El Delta combines deep field expertise — generations of farming knowledge across the Nile Delta — with modern packing, cold-chain handling and worldwide forwarding partners.
